Leslie Thomas Duffey
Leslie
was born on September 28, in Sacramento, California.
He grew up in the high desert town of Lancaster, California
and now resides in Sunnyvale, California. A carpenter by
trade, his work in construction has taken him from one end of
California to the other.
His interests include metal detecting, and gold panning in
the Sierras with his brother, Kelly Duffey.
His family consists of Carmen, and their two daughters Mariah and Marena. They have a puppy named “Bella",” and two cats, “Boots” and “Mittens.” He says their next cat will be named “Overcoat” so they will all be work-man ready for winter.
He doesn't consider himself a professional artist yet, since he is just starting his portfolio and hasn't had any exhibits; for now he draws for friends and his own satisfaction. He enjoyed illustrating, Where's Ezra?, and hopes readers will enjoy the story and illustrations because he had fun working on them.
