Gaylen Blade

Gaylen started, in her early years, as a musician. She traveled across the country playing with bands and, for many years, as a duet with her husband.

She temporarily quit the musical industry to pursue a more stable life which involved giving birth to her beloved daughter, Amorette.

Gaylen resumed her musical career, for a number of years, while attending college, and training, for more customary employment.

During her academic stent, Gaylen majored in English and Photography, acquiring her Baccalaureate in the arts, at Pierce and Evergreen Universities. Gaylen received a grant to go to England and do a thesis on Princess Diana, entailing her life, career, her friends and her childhood. This endeavor was after Diana was tragically killed in an accident.

This thesis received the highest of grades, and is a collection of photographs and poems written in Iambic Pentameter, in respect for Lady Di’s supposed ancestral relationship to Edward Spencer.

During these times, Gaylen raised, and showed, a variety of animals, from rabbits to canines. Her writings are all about the experiences that she had, with each and every one, as her special friends.

One of her dearest lop eared rabbits was named Harpo. Harpo became her initial inspiration to write her series of books My Pets and Me.

PO and Me is the first of this series.
