FRONT COVER:
If you have a professionally designed cover, contact CHP for the
appropriate technical specifications. If you do not have a
professionally designed cover for your book, CHP will design one for
you. Per the Creative House Press Publishing Contract, final
content, style, and format of the cover will be at the discretion of
CHP.
If you have an idea, suggestion, or cover material you would like us
to consider, please include it on a diskette or a separate sheet of
paper. As we will begin creating your cover within 3 to 5 days of
receipt of this agreement, your ideas must be submitted with this
agreement. Changes after the fact will incur additional charges.
CUSTOMIZED BACK COVER OPTION:
If you purchased the Customized Back Cover Option, please provide a
maximum of 200 words for the back cover on a diskette or a separate
sheet of paper, You may also submit a picture for use on the back
cover, if you chose the Dust Jacket option (see below), please also
provide a maximum of 75 words for the two inside flaps on a diskette
or a separate sheet of paper,
