Publishing Services

At Creative House International Press our goal is to help you to become a published author.  Listed below are some important questions and answers to help guide you through the process.  If you have any more questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at Submission@CreativeHousePress.com, or call us at (512) 550-4582.

What will it cost me to get published?
No.  We do not charge you to get your book published.  We are a traditional publishing house not a self publishing or ego publishing firm.

Not sure if your book is worth publishing?

You can have from 5 to 20 members of our Readers Club read your manuscript and respond to a customized questionnaire.  This will help you get a feel for what the general public thinks about your work, and guide you in your decision as to whether or not to publish your book.   For more information, please e-mail our sales staff at Sales@CreativeHousePress.com

What about my copyrights?

Depending on the avenue you choose for your work, we may ask to hold the copyrights for up to five years. During the initial setup, our staff will work closely with you to guide you through the process and determine the route best suited to handle your work.

How long will it take for my book to be in print?

Your book can go from manuscript to print in as little as two weeks. However, we don’t recommend this. We will take whatever amount of time may be necessary to make sure your book is as good as it can possibly be before it goes to print. Based on the feedback from the Readers Club, our editors our discussions with YOU, we will determine the timeline necessary to bring your book into print form.

How much input do I have in the creation of my book?

LOTS! The author knows his/her material better than anyone else. He/she may not know how to market it, but with constant communication between YOU and our staff the final result of your work will be the best it can be.

What will the cost be to me?

We do encourage our authors to spend proper time in editing and proofreading their manuscripts.  This may mean that you hire a proof reader to help with this process.  That's money out of your pocket.  This will help a great deal in the process.

There will be times that you will want to spend money for book festivals or other events where you can sale your book directly, or get additional advertising for your book.  We encourage this as it helps with getting more publicity for the author’s book.
